Returns for Purchases Made at a Retail Store
If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy.
Damaged Items
When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately by email at: contact@thumbthumbnothumb.com. To investigate the problem, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
